Each package contains one pre-rolled scented cone and a packing poker. There is a little "filter" to stop your smoke from falling out of the end. Each one is individually sealed for freshness. At Cloud 9 Smoke Co., we are committed to your positive shopping experience and thorough enjoyment of our products. Unfortunately, we CANNOT accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, we do make a few exceptions for defective products or products received by mistake. Defective products can be returned for exchange only. Defects will be verified prior to exchanging for a functional replacement of the defective product. If a product is proved to be completely functional, it will be shipped back to you at your cost. Please do not return products without obtaining prior approval from our customer service department. Products returned to us without authorization will not be processed. Original shipping fee is non-refundable.
