Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns whether the item was used or not.
Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase.
In most cases orders do not require a signature. However, some products do. You will be notified by us if the product requires a signature.
We take the extra special care of your orders to make sure your orders arrive in tact but mistakes do sometimes happen. In the chance that your item arrives broken, DO NOT TRY TO USE IT. If your product has been used there is no way for us to issue a refund. You will want to take clear photos of the product and reach out to us via email so we can assist you.
