Description

This Toro will change colors right before your eyes! The Toro 7 to 13 Shrub, designed by Toro Glass, is truly amazing with the dual percolation and beautiful color design. This tube is designed with UV-reactive and aqua azul glass allowing the pipe to change colors and glow under UV light. The Toro features dual stacked tree percolators with a 7-arm tree perc on the bottom leading up to the 13-arm tree perc in the top chamber. This Toro 7 to 13 shrub stands at approx. 15.5" tall along with an 18mm female joint.
