Etai Rahmil is a legendary artist from Portland, Oregon who has been working the flame since 2012. His sculptural work is truly amazing as you can see in this recycler. Etai was able to take the standard recycler and turn it into something amazing and unique. This "French" recycler has amazing detail and is fully worked with red elvis and yellow glass. The joint and disc in the middle of the recycler features a reticello design. This "French" recycler stands at approx. 6.5" tall and comes with a matching reticello bubble cap.
